We are looking for a friendly and accountable Cashier to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of the cashier include: greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment, maintaining a clean and tidy shop, answering phones, stocking merchandise, communicating offers/events, and other assigned tasks.

The Merchandise Manager’s daily responsibilities include but are not limited to hiring and firing personnel, sales, inventory, customer service, facility, and administration. The successful Merchandise Manager exemplifies Bountiful Acres core values of “Building a legacy through cultivating relationships with people and plants.” The position requires the ability to inspire staff and sets the standard for work performance in the garden center. The position is “hands on” and will interact closely with ownership, the general manager, other department members, accounting, and human resources. The Merchandise Manager also coordinates all cashiering/front end activities.
